Organ sepasang berbentuk kacang ini bertanggung jawab menyaring darah, membuang limbah, menjaga keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit, serta mengatur tekanan darah. Sayangnya, kerja ginjal sering kali harus menanggung akibat dari apa yang kita minum\u2014secara diam-diam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cGinjal itu pekerja yang setia dan tidak pernah mengeluh, tapi saat fungsinya mulai rusak, kita bisa kehilangan banyak dalam waktu yang singkat,\u201d kata dr Dessy Tri Pratiwi, dokter umum di Puskesmas Sibela, Surakarta, kepada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kompas.com<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Sabtu (7\/6\/2025).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu musuh utama ginjal yang paling tersembunyi adalah <\/span><b>minuman bersoda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Kandungan <\/span><b>asam fosfat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>kafein<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dan <\/span><b>natrium<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dalam soda bukan hanya menyebabkan dehidrasi, tapi juga meningkatkan beban ginjal dalam menyaring darah. Konsumsi soda secara berlebihan terbukti berkorelasi dengan penurunan fungsi ginjal secara perlahan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMinuman bersoda bisa menyebabkan perubahan keasaman dalam tubuh yang memperberat filtrasi ginjal. Meski tampak sehat dan bergizi, kenyataannya banyak produk di pasaran hanya mengandung sedikit sari buah asli. Sebagian besar isinya adalah <\/span><b>gula tambahan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>pengawet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dan <\/span><b>perisa buatan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lonjakan kadar gula dalam darah akibat konsumsi jus kemasan berlebih akan memicu <\/span><b>resistensi insulin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan <\/span><b>tekanan darah tinggi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dua faktor utama yang sangat berperan dalam rusaknya fungsi ginjal.
