Ia bisa rusak tanpa gejala nyata hingga kerusakan itu mencapai tahap serius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut dr Dessy Tri Pratiwi, dokter umum di Puskesmas Sibela, Surakarta, gaya hidup modern yang cenderung instan dan kurang terkontrol turut menjadi pemicu menurunnya fungsi ginjal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u201cGinjal bisa rusak diam-diam jika kita tidak berhati-hati dengan pola makan dan minum. Apalagi jika seseorang memiliki penyakit kronis seperti hipertensi atau diabetes,\u201d ujarnya dalam wawancara bersama <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kompas.com<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Sabtu (7\/6\/2025).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kerusakan ginjal tidak datang tiba-tiba. Ia berlangsung perlahan dan senyap, salah satunya akibat konsumsi makanan dan minuman tertentu yang membebani sistem filtrasi tubuh. Sebagai alternatif, ia menyarankan konsumsi daging segar tanpa lemak seperti ayam rebus atau kalkun panggang.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Mentega_dan_Mayones\"><\/span><b>2. Mentega dan Mayones<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produk hewani ini tinggi akan <\/span><b>lemak jenuh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>kolesterol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dan <\/span><b>kalori<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan, dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan pembuluh darah dan menurunkan aliran darah ke ginjal. Konsumsi dalam jangka panjang bisa mempercepat terjadinya tekanan darah tinggi dan gangguan metabolik, yang akhirnya berdampak buruk pada ginjal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cGinjal tidak hanya menyaring limbah tubuh, tetapi juga menanggung beban zat-zat berlebih dari makanan yang diproses berlebihan,\u201d tutur dr Dessy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tak hanya makanan, beberapa <\/span><b>jenis minuman juga memiliki dampak serius<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> terhadap ginjal. Kebanyakan dari kita tanpa sadar mengonsumsi minuman ini setiap hari.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Minuman_Bersoda\"><\/span><b>1. Minuman Bersoda<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dengan rasa manis, sensasi karbonasi, dan iklan yang menggoda, soda menjadi favorit banyak kalangan. Padahal, kandungan <\/span><b>asam fosfat, kafein, dan natrium<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dalam soda bisa menyebabkan dehidrasi dan memperberat fungsi penyaringan ginjal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Jus_Buah_Kemasan\"><\/span><b>2. Tanpa aktivitas fisik berat, konsumsi minuman ini justru lebih merusak ketimbang membantu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut data dari <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kidney.org<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>diabetes dan hipertensi adalah penyebab utama penyakit ginjal kronis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Kedua kondisi ini erat kaitannya dengan pola konsumsi harian, terutama yang mengandung <\/span><b>gula, garam, dan lemak jenuh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> berlebihan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yang membuat kerusakan ginjal lebih berbahaya adalah kenyataan bahwa gejalanya sering kali <\/span><b>tidak terasa di awal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Kelelahan, mual, dan pembengkakan baru muncul ketika fungsi ginjal sudah menurun drastis. Tapi kita tidak bisa diam saja menyaksikannya rusak perlahan akibat pilihan yang kita buat setiap hari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kesehatan ginjal adalah investasi jangka panjang. Mengurangi satu kaleng soda atau satu porsi junk food hari ini bisa menjadi langkah kecil yang menyelamatkan kita dari ruang dialisis di masa depan.
