Yusuf: 40)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dan juga:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0648\u064e\u0646\u064e\u0632\u0651\u064e\u0644\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0643\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0643\u0650\u062a\u064e\u0627\u0628\u064e \u062a\u0650\u0628\u0652\u064a\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064b\u0627 \u0644\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0644\u0651\u0650 \u0634\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0621\u064d<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cDan Kami turunkan kepadamu Kitab (Al-Qur\u2019an) sebagai penjelas atas segala sesuatu.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. An-Nahl: 89)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ayat-ayat ini menegaskan bahwa sumber nilai dan hukum adalah Allah. Namun, penjelasan dan penerapan dalam kehidupan nyata tetap melibatkan peran manusia dalam memahami dan mengistinbath (menggali hukum).<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Al-Quran_Mengakui_Perbedaan_Pemahaman\"><\/span>Al-Qur\u2019an Mengakui Perbedaan Pemahaman<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Menariknya, Al-Qur\u2019an sendiri mengakui adanya variasi tingkat pemahaman manusia:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0641\u064e\u0641\u064e\u0647\u0651\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0633\u064f\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0645\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e \u06da \u0648\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0644\u0651\u064b\u0627 \u0622\u062a\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u062d\u064f\u0643\u0652\u0645\u064b\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0639\u0650\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064b\u0627<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cMaka Kami memberikan pemahaman itu kepada Sulaiman; dan kepada masing-masing (Sulaiman dan Dawud) Kami berikan hikmah dan ilmu.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. Al-Anbiya: 79)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ayat ini menunjukkan bahwa dua nabi bisa menghadapi satu persoalan yang sama, namun memiliki kedalaman pemahaman yang berbeda\u2014dan keduanya tetap diberi hikmah.<\/p>\n<p>Ini adalah dalil Qur\u2019ani bahwa perbedaan pemahaman bukanlah penyimpangan, melainkan bagian dari dinamika ilmu.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dinamika_Sosial_dan_Kontekstualitas_Hukum\"><\/span>Dinamika Sosial dan Kontekstualitas Hukum<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Al-Qur\u2019an juga mengisyaratkan bahwa syariat hadir secara bertahap dan kontekstual. Misalnya dalam pelarangan khamr.<\/p>\n<p>Tahap pertama:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u064a\u064e\u0633\u0652\u0623\u064e\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e\u0643\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062e\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0631\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0633\u0650\u0631\u0650 \u06d6 \u0642\u064f\u0644\u0652 \u0641\u0650\u064a\u0647\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0625\u0650\u062b\u0652\u0645\u064c \u0643\u064e\u0628\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064c \u0648\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0646\u064e\u0627\u0641\u0650\u0639\u064f \u0644\u0650\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0633\u0650<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cMereka bertanya kepadamu tentang khamr dan judi. Katakanlah: pada keduanya terdapat dosa besar dan beberapa manfaat bagi manusia.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. Al-Baqarah: 219)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tahap berikutnya:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0628\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0635\u0651\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0629\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u062a\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0633\u064f\u0643\u064e\u0627\u0631\u064e\u0649\u0670<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cJanganlah kamu mendekati shalat dalam keadaan mabuk.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. An-Nisa: 43)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hingga akhirnya larangan total:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0641\u064e\u0627\u062c\u0652\u062a\u064e\u0646\u0650\u0628\u064f\u0648\u0647\u064f \u0644\u064e\u0639\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u062a\u064f\u0641\u0652\u0644\u0650\u062d\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cMaka jauhilah ia agar kamu beruntung.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. Al-Ma\u2019idah: 90)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Melalui pendekatan <em>Qur\u2019an bil Qur\u2019an<\/em>, terlihat bahwa hukum berkembang secara bertahap mengikuti kesiapan sosial masyarakat. Artinya, dinamika adalah bagian dari sunnatullah dalam pembentukan hukum.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fikih_sebagai_Ijtihad_Manusia\"><\/span>Fikih sebagai Ijtihad Manusia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Fikih lahir dari upaya ulama memahami wahyu. Ia bukan wahyu itu sendiri. Al-Qur\u2019an memberi ruang bagi penggunaan akal:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0623\u064e\u0641\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0639\u0652\u0642\u0650\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cTidakkah kamu berpikir?\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. Al-Baqarah: 44)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dan juga:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0644\u0650\u0642\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u064d \u064a\u064e\u062a\u064e\u0641\u064e\u0643\u0651\u064e\u0631\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cBagi kaum yang berpikir.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. Al-Jatsiyah: 13)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Seruan-seruan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan nalar bukan ancaman bagi agama, melainkan bagian dari perintah ilahi.<\/p>\n<p>Karena itu, sepanjang sejarah, lahirlah berbagai mazhab fikih. Perbedaan bukanlah tanda perpecahan, melainkan kekayaan intelektual.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Antara_Ketetapan_dan_Kemaslahatan\"><\/span>Antara Ketetapan dan Kemaslahatan<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Al-Qur\u2019an menegaskan bahwa tujuan syariat adalah kemaslahatan dan kemudahan:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u064a\u064f\u0631\u0650\u064a\u062f\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0628\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u064a\u064f\u0633\u0652\u0631\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064f\u0631\u0650\u064a\u062f\u064f \u0628\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0639\u064f\u0633\u0652\u0631\u064e<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cAllah menghendaki kemudahan bagimu dan tidak menghendaki kesulitan bagimu.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. Al-Baqarah: 185)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jika suatu pemahaman hukum menimbulkan kesulitan yang tidak proporsional atau bertentangan dengan keadilan, maka diperlukan ijtihad ulang dalam koridor wahyu.<\/p>\n<p>Inilah yang membedakan antara wahyu yang absolut dan tafsir yang dinamis.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tantangan_Zaman_dan_Tanggung_Jawab_Ilmiah\"><\/span>Tantangan Zaman dan Tanggung Jawab Ilmiah<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Perubahan sosial, teknologi, dan struktur masyarakat menuntut kepekaan ilmiah. Namun pembaruan tidak berarti merombak wahyu. Yang diperbarui adalah pemahaman dan aplikasinya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagaimana Al-Qur\u2019an mengingatkan:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0648\u064e\u062a\u0650\u0644\u0652\u0643\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0623\u064e\u064a\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0645\u064f \u0646\u064f\u062f\u064e\u0627\u0648\u0650\u0644\u064f\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0646\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0633\u0650<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cDan hari-hari itu Kami pergilirkan di antara manusia.\u201d<br \/>\n(QS. Ali \u2018Imran: 140)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pergiliran zaman adalah keniscayaan. Maka fikih yang hidup adalah fikih yang mampu berdialog dengan realitas tanpa kehilangan akar wahyunya.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_Menjaga_Kesucian_Wahyu_Merawat_Keluwesan_Tafsir\"><\/span>\u00a0Menjaga Kesucian Wahyu, Merawat Keluwesan Tafsir<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Membedakan antara wahyu dan tafsir bukan berarti merendahkan ulama, melainkan menempatkan sesuatu pada proporsinya. Wahyu adalah cahaya yang tetap. Tafsir adalah upaya manusia menangkap cahaya itu dalam ruang dan waktu tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>Jika kita memahami ini, maka perbedaan tidak lagi menjadi alasan perpecahan. Justru menjadi ruang dialog yang sehat.<\/p>\n<p>Islam sejak awal mendorong ilmu, ijtihad, dan kebijaksanaan. Maka tugas generasi hari ini bukan membekukan warisan, tetapi merawatnya dengan kecerdasan, adab, dan tanggung jawab ilmiah.<\/p>\n<p>Sebab agama yang hidup adalah agama yang mampu membimbing zaman\u2014tanpa kehilangan ruh wahyu yang menjadi sumbernya.
